It was the making of this record when my confidence as a musician solidified. I was now able to create pretty much any song I thought of in my head. I remember Cubase VST24 was released around the time I make this music. VST enabled musicians to record vocals and add effects to their voice all inside any Mac or PC. I also used the technology to record layers of my Electrocomp-101 synthesizer loosely throughout the title track "Run for Your Life". The lyrics of this EP include themes drugs, suicide and a future war. I think these songs still hold up quite well today. In fact, I still start my live show with "Can You Hear the Sound?".

The Horrorist and Miro Pajic together created this unique Darkwave single recorded in New York and Frankfurt in 1998. "Dark Germany" tells a strange spy story from the narrator's perspective with a surprise ending. Innocent Minds explores the wicked pain deep inside a troubled sole. Move Don't Stop and In the Midnight Hour both are fancy dance tracks perfect for any discotheque. Molecule Man is classic Electronic Body Music. By the Fire is strange new wave style "romantic" cut.
